The second Global Talent Kayseri – International Student–Company Meetings, hosted by the Kayseri Chamber of Commerce and supported by multiple stakeholders, was successfully held. Abdullah Gül University (AGU) contributed to both editions of the event through its international student community.
During the first Global Talent Kayseri event, 36 international students from 20 countries met with 19 companies, resulting in 171 one-on-one meetings. In the second edition, participation increased significantly to 72 international students from 33 countries and 37 companies, with a total of 637 one-on-one meetings. Compared to the first event, the number of students and companies doubled, while the total number of meetings increased by nearly four times.
Moreover, the second event achieved an average of 17 student matches per company, and more than 200 potential collaborations were identified and included in a structured monitoring process. These figures clearly demonstrate tangible improvements in scale, matching efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
In line with its internationalization strategy, Abdullah Gül University continues to support multi-stakeholder initiatives that strengthen university–industry collaboration and enhance students’ employability.
